Refund policy

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, broken or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the broken or damaged piece and send them to us. We will need them if we are able to seek compensation by USPS. 

Refunds/Remake/Replace 
As soon as we can evaluate the situation we will discuss refund, remake or replacement. We will do what it takes to bring you monstrous happiness.
